Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines to AA standard.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
PDFs and non-HTML documents
Some PDF documents are not fully accessible. Where possible we are creating a html web page instead of using a PDF. In the case of larger, more complex documents, where this is not possible, but we are legally required to publish (eg board papers) we have taken steps to make them as accessible as possible, including adding titles, setting the primary language, adding alternative text and ensuring the pdfs are tagged. However some older pdfs were created in older software, we do not have the original documents and we have been unable to tag them meaning some are missing text alternatives, and document structure including table headers.
If you require a PDF document in an accessible format such as large print, easy read, audio recording or braille, please email [email protected]
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and non-HTML documents
Some of our PDFs and Word documents are essential to providing our services or our discharging our legal duties. For example, we have PDFs with information on how users can access our services, and publish our Trust Board papers and Annual Reports in PDF format.
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix the August 2018 finance report.
